A History Of Purpose
For nearly 30 years, Rhino markers have been trusted to mark buried utilities and cables across North America. The weight of that responsibility has led us to produce the highest quality products on the market, because the stakes are too high not to – In the utility industry a marker can be the difference between life and death, and we take that responsibility seriously.
We’ve brought the same commitment to quality and durability to our trail markers and signs. In recreation, the features we’ve established in our utility markers – durability, multi-angle legibility, and UV resistance – result in posts and signs ideal for the trail environment and its unpredictable demands. Posts and signs survive adverse weather, withstand impacts, and last longer without replacement.

Rhino markers and signs are proudly designed and manufactured in the state of Minnesota. Having out operations and manufacturing in the same place allows for unlimited design flexibility and an unparalleled level of quality.

Member of the Trails Community
We’re active participants in the American Trails and Professional Trail Builders Associations. We believe the people designing and building the trails of tomorrow are the very best people to talk to about designing markers today. Trail builders have the same goals we do: To facilitate unforgettable outdoor experiences. We make the markers and signage to help them do that.
In 2020 we created a custom decal to generate donations for the American Trails trail maintenance fund, and we include one with every post.
