Here’s the scoop: watching someone take a snowball to the head in slow motion is very satisfying.
Here in Minnesota, we have snow on the ground for what seems to be about 364 days a year. So while white paint and flags are typically used to pre-mark or “white line” areas for excavation, they are not very effective in winter.
Instead, you should use black and white stripe flags in winter to let locators know where you are going to be digging.
What does this have to do with a snowball to the face? Nothing, really. We just thought it would be a funny way to end the video.
We can only hope our V.P. of Business will let us throw snowballs at his head again this winter.
